At NutriChef Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium cookware and appliances. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Securely place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
